You acknowledge that:

  • Products should be used only as directed

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Product availability

  • Errors in pricing or product descriptions

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is shipped.


4. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Vive Device is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.


5. Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that show signs of use, damage, or tampering.


6. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or incorrect


7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same product, you must contact us before sending the item back.

Unless the return is due to a defect or our error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
