Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for items that do not meet these conditions or show signs of damage, use, or tampering.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspection.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping may be deducted from your refund unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
